We are looking for someone who is very outgoing, energetic, loves talking to people and friendly. This is a key position in our company as you will be communicating with our customers on the frontline of our business daily. Your primary responsibility will be to answer phones and schedule service calls in a timely manner. Your goal is to ensure that every detail is covered. The core focus of this position will be to provide outstanding professional customer service to ensure their experience with BelAire Heating & Cooling is a positive experience.

Job Responsibilities

Strong phone, email and computer skills.  Good oral, grammar and written communication skills; ability to quickly & efficiently respond to emails, phone messages and process daily paperwork.
