Q: What is an AFUE?
A: AFUE stands for Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency. It tells how efficiently a furnace utilizes the fuel used to run it. For example, for every dollar you spend on gas for an 80% AFUE, the furnace gives you 80 cents worth of heat. In a furnace with 95% AFUE, you would get 95 cents of heat.
Q: What is a SEER?
A: SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. This ratio compares the efficiencies of air conditioners. All new air conditioning units must be at least a 13 SEER.
Q: Do you have any financing available?
A: Yes, we offer different financial programs depending on manufacturers current promotional offers. Please call us to find out what current programs are available.
Q: Can you change furnaces in winter?
A: We sure can. Our expert installers will get all the "pre" work done before they disconnect your furnace. They can then slide the new furnace in place and start making connections. You should be without heat for only two or three hours in most circumstances.
