To ease your cost of installing new furnaces and air conditioners, Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning keeps track of current energy rebates and promotions, and updates that information on this page. Rebates are based on the efficiency ratings of the replacement equipment.
|President Obama signed the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 in December. This extends tax credits on high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment installed from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. The Residential Energy Credit, covers up to 10% of cost up to $500 or a specific amount from $50 - $300 on energy-efficient improvements made in 2012-2013 on qualifying systems, as part of the energy efficiency incentive for home improvements. You will be ineligible for this tax credit if you claimed $500 or more for enhancements to your home’s exterior (windows, doors, skylights, insulation, roofing, etc.) from 2006 to 2011. If you didn't claim the full $500, you may still qualify for a partial credit.|
