I wanted to say how pleased we are with the service that was done today. The service Tech Robert Alexander, did an outstanding job, He was very professional, friendly, clean and fast. I have never had such a thorough check of any appliance in my home. Robert explained and showed what needed to be done. You have an excellent Tech with Robert. Thank you Robert very much and thank you Bel-Aire for the great product.

Dear Mike,

Last Saturday, 12/29/12, our furnace stopped working. Your service tech, Bill Lounsbury, diagnosed the problem as a bad inducer motor baring and because of the holiday, unfortunately explained the part could not be ordered until Wednesday.

Bill seemed genuinely concerned about the welfare of my wife whom I explained has some medical conditions and made some fantastic recommendations to try to keep our upstairs warm for the next 5-6 days in the meantime until our furnace could be repaired. Bill should be recognized for his wonderful demeanor and outstanding customer service.

When I spoke to Lisa Rhoades on Wednesday a.m., she was very empathetic and explained she had already ordered the part and a tech would call me between 1 & 5 p.m. on Thursday to fix our furnace. Moreover, Lisa should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.

Finally, your tech Kurt Adamski called on Thursday at 12:15 and advised he was on his way. The new motor had a slightly different design and was shipped without any instructions; however, Kurt assured me he would get the furnace fixed, which he accomplished in a timely fashion with confidence, a smile & great customer service. It's your employees Bill Lounsbury, Lisa Rhoades and Kurt Adamski why I will always call Bel-Aire for all of my heating & air conditioning needs and recommend you folks to all my neighbors, family and friends!

I am very pleased with the choice me made for heating & cooling our home. Since we live on Lake Michigan we are subject to very high winds at times which require good heating system. We feel Bel-Aire Htg & A/C has provided us the proper system for our area. Thank you.

BEL-AIRE Heating & AC did an incredible job of giving us information and installing the LENNOX Furnace and Air Conditioner. From the time I called the salesman (Steve) until both units were installed was less than three days. Now that's what I call a customer oriented company. Thank you, BEL-AIRE and LENNOX!! P.S.
